If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Log in to your account page. **Click EDIT PROFILE. **Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list. Your new country only shows when you’re actually there.**Click SAVE PROFILE.**Once the change is successful, ask your Family plan manager to send you an invite again and accept it. It'd be best to ask your plan manager the exact address registered in the Family plan so you won't have any problems in joining.
