Iv had a Spotify account for * years now I haven’t used it for about a year but iv still been paying for it as it doesn’t give me a option to cancel the direct debit and I haven’t used it in so long I do not know my username and password to log in and cancel it.. this has been a big issue as contacting you isn’t the easiest.. it comes out of my bank leaving my bank account over drawn every month how do I cancel this to stop you taking money from me for something that I do not use.
