On September **,****, I paid for a Full Year of Spotify premium for myself. Today, August **,****, your company gave me notice that my annual membership is expiring in FIVE DAYS (August **,****).*I need this corrected as soon as possible to include a response via email at *****@***.com before the close of August **,**** or I will be filing a complaint against your company on Monday, August **,**** with the Better Business bureau for theft of service. Your RED Flag expiration notices on my account, which are inaccurate, are extremely annoying. I have been a paying member since you started up your company and I do not appreciate you harassing me with threats of early termination. I will not be renewing membership due to this theft of service on SPOTIFYS part. I will also be sharing this same complaint( with pictures of my current payment record) with Google users and I will reflect the lowest of ratings for Spotify dishonesty.* I wrote this complaint to an answering service, "get human", and NOT directly to SPOTIFY, on account that Spotify does not provide a link for complaints, nor do they provide a customer care number for such issues as this. Links for "Rockstar")(Senior Spotify members) to answer basic questions but no links for issues concerning membership cancelation, live chat, or grievance submition.
