I have Spotify Premium for Family and I am in charge of the account. I was recently received an email saying Spotify couldn't confirm the address for an account on my plan. However, there was a second email in the email chain saying the same thing, but didn't include an account name. **"We couldn't confirm the address for matches yours. So we've asked them to verify their account. "**I didn't make note of this because it was with another email and didn't have an account name in the email. However, just recently, another person on my plan was removed. I think the account name didn't show up because they login through Facebook and don't have a username. I am trying to get them back on the plan but they aren't allowed back on. Is there a way to reset this and let them back in my plan?
