If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I think someone hacked into my account. When I logged in on my phone today, all my playlists were gone, and the most recent plays are of songs I've never played before. Also, recently, I would be playing music and the songs would skip to another mid-song without me touching anything on my phone. I've attempted contacting you through all of your help links, but they all give me an error screen (***, ***, etc). Please help me as I am a paying customer for Premium.

I actually used the wrong email address for this report. It was for my husband's account, but he ended up signing out everywhere and recreating a new password.
