Your support is terrible. Why you ask? Lets see, I tried everything suggested (force close app, re-download, log out and back in, update all software, update all devices, update everything) and my account is still messed up. I have tried to contact you through every channel and you have no customer support. SO, I ask you, what happens when none of your support documentation answers*resolves my issue??? Ill answer for you....I now want to cancel my account because of the pathetic customer service. **Here is my issue. I start a playlist. Song begins to play then part way through it skips. Sometime to a new song and sometimes to a new playlist. Then when I stop the music for the **th time because of how much this pisses me off, spotify will start the music up without prompt!!!!!!! WTF. As I sit here and type out this message my spotify on my phone has started three new playlists and I have hit puase*stop on each one. It starts automatically. YOU BETTER have a **** good excuse why its so hard to get into touch with you when I am paying for premium spotify. This is pathetic. BTW - now its started on its own for a *th and *th time while writing this message.
