My Spotify is via my cellular provider. Suddenly my Spotify account shows I only have s free account though my monthly bill is paid through the cellular provider. How can I get this corrected.
GetHuman-savvyfra did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.

Sprint tells me that Spotify is no longer being offered via their company. Is this correct. They did not notify anyone regarding these changes and it seems this is why my account shows as a free subscription. Can you please advise n this matte.*Thank you.
