On **** we tried to sign up for Spotify premium free ** days and *.** a month after that. The premium service did not show up on our Spotify account, it said we only have the free Spotify so we assumed it didn’t work and we never used it and there was no way to cancel it since it says we have the free Spotify. So now I just saw a $**.** charge on my bank statement. No clue what $**.** is for since it would have been *.** and we never used any Spotify premium. This charge needs to credited to our bank acct and not be recurring any more. Please e-mail how you are going to fix this and I’ll give the info needed. Thank you!
