Would like to know why I get notices ** days after paying for the month. Pay the *.** and expect services for the month but then I get these red notices making me feel guilty when it's only less than * weeks. Attempted to chat with an agent but she just gave me the runaround. I'm ** and not an idiot. Also if I want to pay, click on the red notice it will say my subscription is Family...." Do I want to change plan" then I click change plan, brings me to Family, yearly and student plans....with no spot for me to just make the darn payment!
GetHuman2599645 did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
