Hello you have been billing my credit card and Im sure I canceled after my trial period. Not sure how long this has been going in but I clearly do not have premium because I have to listen to the ads and asked me to*Upgrade to premium constantly. For feb on my master card spotify PO*****DCA Stockholm SWE and when I log in I clearly do not have premium. I guessing you have been charging my account for many months after my promotion ran out my account went back to the free account.
