I cancelled my Spotify subscription approximately * weeks ago but I have recently received an email saying thank-you for renewing your subscription with the date and amount that will be withdrawn from my account. I am extremely annoyed and very anxious worrying that money will be taken out of my account. I reiterate, I CANCELLED my subscription so WHY AM I GETTING an email thanking me for renewing it? This needs to be rectified immediately. This truly makes me not want to ever subscribe to Spotify again.
