Cancel the subscription but can't log into the third mysterious account. I cancelled my own subscription but I'm not sure which one that is among the * other Stockholm accounts so it would just be easier to cancel all of them and start anew. ... I'm currently paying for two Spotify subscription accounts which is for me and my son, however upon receiving the billing information, there was a third account that was being charged into my credit card. We are unaware as to how a third account was being added into the payment when none of us shared the details of my credit card with anyone else. Another issue that I'm dealing with is that I am unable to find for the third account thats being charged to my card. All I have are the Spotify serial numbers that were reflected on my credit card charge. Could you please help me cancel all of them? That would be a great help since I am not able to log into the third account. Cancelling all of the accounts linked to those details presented above.
I tried logging into facebook and spotify accounts to find for the third account but it only boiled down to my own account and my sons. The third one is a mystery and I would like to cancel all of that at once and start anew again with the two of our accounts.
