Hello, I created a Facebook account years ago to use with Spotify, but I can't remember the email linked to it. I need to update the email to my current one as my credit card is connected to this account. Even though I know the Facebook account and password, when I try to sign in, it links to my regular account. It's crucial to update the email to access my account and update my expiring credit card details. The Facebook account it's connected to is under "Little Meems" and the card on file belongs to Michelle Garrison, an Amex.

I am reaching out regarding a billing concern with my Spotify Premium Account. I understand that after the trial period, the account is charged. Unlike other subscriptions paid directly from my bank card, Spotify withdrew the payment even though there were insufficient funds, leading to an overdrawn account. This differs from how my other services operate, waiting for sufficient funds to avoid overdraft fees. I value Spotify's service but was surprised by this. I hope someone can empathize with my situation and consider a refund to prevent further fees. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My name is David Cliff. I have a subscription to the Premium Spotify services that was provided to me by my phone carrier as part of my phone plan. Recently, my phone carrier changed my plan without my permission, causing my Premium subscription through your service to be discontinued. I can no longer afford the subscription as I was not anticipating this change. The card on file for payments is an old prepaid Visa gift card that is no longer active. I received an email about the payment issue and need to cancel my services with you. I have enjoyed your services but unfortunately, due to the change in my phone plan, I can no longer continue with the subscription. Please cancel my services immediately. Thank you.

Hello. My name is Katherine N. I noticed an unauthorized charge on 1/4/19 on my card for $9.99 from Spirifybggst which I did not initiate. Dealing with my husband's health decline due to Lewy Body dementia has been overwhelming. I am 67 years old, and I am unfamiliar with Spotify and did not order a subscription. After calling to cancel, the representative tried to sell me other subscriptions which I declined multiple times. Despite this, I was charged $4.95 and subsequently $14.99 on 1/10, 1/30, and $9.99 on 2/4 for Spotify. Additionally, I found out the $4.95 subscription was for Ageless Beauty, which charged me $59.95 without receiving any products. Recently, I discovered charges of $2.95 to WC More Savings on 1/9 and $24.95 on 2/11. This situation is frustrating, especially while I am managing my husband's care and final expenses. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been a Spotify premium family member for a while but recently faced money issues leading to payment problems. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact customer service by phone, there was no response when my card had insufficient funds. Unfortunately, Spotify charged my bank account incorrectly. I have all the relevant information in my bank statements and can provide screenshots through mobile banking. I am seeking assistance to credit my account and revert to my original subscription plan, the Family premium. I have proof of my email communications. Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated. Thank you, Laura D. [redacted]

I am currently paying for two Spotify subscription accounts for myself and my son. Upon reviewing my billing information, I noticed a third account that I did not authorize being charged to my credit card. None of us shared the credit card details with anyone else, so it is unclear how this third account was added. I am having trouble locating this unauthorized third account as I cannot log in to it. I only have the Spotify serial numbers listed on my credit card statement. I kindly request assistance in canceling all three accounts associated with the following details: 1. SPOTIFY P092A0277F STOCKHOLM SE 2. SPOTIFY P0929FB8B5 STOCKHOLM SE 3. SPOTIFY P0978EF21A STOCKHOLM SE Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to access the third account. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I've been unable to use Spotify for several months now. On my iPhone, I can't log in for the past three months. At work on my computer, I get logged out, and when I try to re-enter my password, it claims it's incorrect even though I had logged in recently. I don't link my account to Facebook, and I've been a premium member for over three years, still receiving weekly emails about updates and concerts. However, when I reset my password, it can't find my email or says it's the wrong login. I have followed online suggestions without success and need to talk to a representative. I don't share my account, and I'm not using Facebook to log in. Initially, I had issues with frequent logouts, but now I can't log in at all for over a month. I have switched to using Tidal meanwhile. If this isn't resolved, I'll need to cancel my premium subscription promptly. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a support phone number, but you can contact me at +[redacted]9 or email me at [redacted]. My login is stefanibiondo.

After creating my account in the UK, I moved to China. Spotify requires selecting a new location in account settings if outside the registered country for more than 14 days. However, despite being in China, the option to choose China in my account settings is not available. I attempted reaching out to Spotify via email last month but received only an automated response suggesting community help. Unfortunately, I couldn't find information on the missing new location setting in the community either. Not being able to update my location is preventing me from using Spotify in China, causing significant frustration.

Hello, I am a student with a Hulu/Spotify combo membership. Typically, I pay $5.34 per month for this service. Recently, I encountered an issue where Hulu indicated that I no longer had a membership when I tried to log in. Upon checking my bank statement, I realized I had been charged $10.69 for the month even though my memberships are not showing up. I am requesting a full refund for this charge as I am currently unable to access the services. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you, Haley D.

Hello, I am an artist on Spotify who has released music through digital distribution services like TuneCore and SongCast. I have recently discovered that I can upload music directly through my existing account on REVERBNation.com. My profile name is Da 1, with an alias CEREMON1OUS where I list alternate songs with credits parallel to my main artist name. I understand this might be a bit confusing, so I apologize for any inconvenience. I have two concerns I would like to address with your staff: 1. How can I merge Spotify artist profiles under the same name? I am using the same artist name through 3 different distribution services and would like to connect all my songs to one main artist page. 2. Is there a way to change the artist name of a song previously published on Spotify or update the spelling of the established name? I would like to change "DA 1" to "DA-1" with a dash in all instances on Spotify, please. I look forward to your response and appreciate your time.

Hello - I am currently trying to address a payment issue with Spotify for an account we no longer have access to. Previously, we had a mobile phone account with Spark in New Zealand that included a Spotify Premium offer. After canceling our Spark account due to a relocation causing poor coverage, Spotify has been charging our credit card for the Premium service even though we are unable to access the account. Additionally, we have another Spotify account, Grant073, which is a free version and would like to upgrade it to Premium without being double charged. The charge on my credit card statement appears as Spotify P097 BCAAE3 $14.99. I am looking to either merge these accounts or simply cancel the Spark Premium subscription and upgrade the free account. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Grant.

I created a Spotify account a while back, and all was well. However, I've now encountered issues logging in. Despite attempting to reset my password using the recovery option, I'm informed that my email isn't linked to any account. When I tried to register again, the system indicated that my email was already in use. Even attempting to log in through Facebook results in the same dilemma. This situation is quite perplexing.

I have been logged out of my old account with the username caraodonnell29. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password and no longer have access to the email linked to that account, [redacted] Consequently, I am unable to reset my Spotify password, which is frustrating as I have a lot of songs and playlists on that account that I adore. My new email is [redacted], and although I've created a new Spotify account with this email, it doesn't have all my old saved songs. I would greatly appreciate it if you could please send a password reset email to my current email for the account under 'caraodonnell29.' I am willing to provide any extra information needed for verification. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

When I first began using Spotify, I didn't have an email address. My previous girlfriend used her email and chose an unfortunate username. Now, in order to reset my password, I need the email to go to me, not her. My music account linked to PayPal is [redacted] with the username "dicksandballs." I want to switch the email associated with it to [redacted], also my PayPal email. I'd like to merge this account with my Facebook account "Kyle Leonard." I've lost my original password. Resetting it sends the email to her, not me. I couldn't find a way to change the email or username she set up. I want my music on my Facebook, paid with PayPal. If moving my music to Facebook is the solution, can I pay with PayPal there and stop the other payments? I want to keep my music, pay with PayPal, switch the email, and change the username. If not possible, then I'll have to close that account and disconnect from PayPal. I've been paying for months to show sincerity. Email: [redacted]

I have been noticing an unauthorized charge of $10.96 per month on my Discover card since October 22, [redacted]. I did not sign up for this service. I contacted Discover card in November, and they have investigated the charges with you. They recommended that I reach out to you as well. These charges have been appearing on my statement continuously from October 22, [redacted], to January 22, [redacted]. In December [redacted], I informed Discover that my card might have been compromised since I am being billed for a service I never purchased, and I am unfamiliar with Spotify. I was told it's a music service one can subscribe to. As an 81-year-old lady, I do not use earphones to listen to popular music on my phone. Kindly cancel this unauthorized subscription charge falsely billed to my card.

I'm having trouble logging into my Spotify account as my email address has changed, and the current one linked to my account is inactive. The new email is [redacted] After being logged out, I cannot access my music. I have been a long-time paying subscriber and wish to regain access. Clicking on the "help me login" button requests my old email that is no longer active, making it difficult to proceed. I have been unable to locate a customer service phone number. My details are Shawn H., born on 09/12/[redacted]. I require assistance with logging in and updating my email address.

I provided the correct date for Spotify to withdraw money for my premium service, but there seems to be an issue with the payments attempting to go through multiple times. I am frustrated that I cannot reach customer service by phone at [redacted]. I want to share how much I enjoy Spotify, but these payment problems are disheartening. It is essential that the payments are scheduled for the 1st or the 3rd of the month, not the 29th, 30th, or 31st. The current situation with Google has caused unnecessary complications and I hope it can be resolved promptly. As a combat vet, this experience has been particularly challenging. I urge Spotify to rectify this issue, or I will have to advise many others, including my friends and fellow veterans, to cancel their accounts. It's disheartening to deal with this issue, and I hope it is addressed promptly so I can continue enjoying the service. Thank you for understanding.

I would like to address a billing issue with my Spotify account. A recent charge was processed on the wrong date causing stress. As a long-time premium customer, I expect better service. Redirecting me to a $5 link for help is unacceptable. I am open to resolving this matter as soon as possible to continue using the service, but I will consider other music platforms if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
