Spotify doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-borb will need to dig through the advice provided by Spotify, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Called recently to give new credit card payment info. We had * of our family members on our plan. Now since we called to give new cc info the * other family members can only get the free version. The only person who can listen on premium plan outs the main phone number *** *** ****. How do the rest of us can't listen to it the way we used to. How do we get that function back. Is it something that needs to be done on your end or something we need to do. Thank you.
