My name is David cliff and my email address or login address is *****@***.com*and I have a subscription to the premium Spotify services that was provided to me by my phone carrier with my phone plan free of charge I could pick one of three premium subscriptions and it was given to me for free of charge not from you guys free of charge they covered the charges from your services which was included with my phone plan they have changed my phone plan without my permission which means my premium subscription for you guys no longer exist to them and I have to cover it myself from now on I can't afford it first of all and secondly the card you guys are trying to charge on my file from when I was a customer of you guys has myself without going through my phone provider that card was a prepaid Visa gift card that no longer is active it was cancelled a long time ago and I got an email from you guys stating you are trying to charge the card and to contact either you guys or the bank so there aren't issues between me and the bank so I need to cancel my services through you guys unfortunately I really like your guys's services but unfortunately I have to cancel them because my phone carrier changed my plans I wish I didn't have to but as I stated I can't afford it and it was included in the price of my phone plans which no longer is for some reason I'm very sorry and please cancel my services immediately
