I was informed on my bank account that I was billed twice this month of on the *th and *th of January ****. The-reason that I paid for your subscription on the *rd of January was because, the app informed me that I did not have my premium account working. And then on the *th of January you guys pulled out another $** out of my billing account. I would like my refund of ten bucks or I will be going to the Better Business Bureau on you guys and I have proof.
GetHuman-trentups did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
