Hi,**Our son signed up with Spotify several years ago and has not used it for years. He cannot remember his login or password and our Capital One Mastercard has been charged $**.** every month. I finally called our credit card company and put a block on payment to Spotify as there is no phone number for customer service and to cancel on line you need your user name and password (which we do not have). A real catch **!**The account would be under Bennett Johnson and the address would have been **** Ridge Ponds Drive, Victoria MN ***** (old address) & his phone ***-***-****. The info on our credit card bill just says: Spotify USANew York $**.**. **I just want to cancel the service. Can you do that or provide a phone number to contact you.**Thanks!**Luke
