First of all, I would just like to say, that you have the WORST customer service protocol ever. I am LOCKED OUT of my account for DAYS now. I have emailed the information needed to my last representative and I have not gotten a response. My account was first of all, hacked, then I haven’t received an ounce of help, and there’s no number to call to get immediate help. I just want my Spotify back but I am TRULY considering just getting Apple Music after waiting so long after getting hacked. I just want my account access back and the person who hacked my account OUT OF IT.
GetHuman-sabygayl did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
