Hello, *I’m a Spotify premium customer and recently there was a charge of $**.** to my account for a monthly fee. My account at the time was negative due to a previous fee, I don’t understand how your company could charge me $**.** from an empty account. I will delete my Spotify completely due to the fact the my account is now -$** from overdraft and Spotify. This is ridiculous, and the fact that you don’t even have a physical phone number is even more incompetent. I want a response within the next day or I’ll just delete my Spotify.
