Well signing up for Spotify I was charged $*.** for my * monthes. I then go to sign up for family premium supposed to get * months free trial and I get charge **.** plus tax for total of $**.**. in the meantime while I'm trying to resolve this issue of being charged for a trial my bank tells me that there is a second attempt to charge another $**.** from Spotify I don't have the money in my account for that because spotify's already took my money un righteously. please help me resolve this issue and get my bank credited and stop the attempts of charging my bank account .I have not even been able to use the Spotify app or music thing yet because I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back that was charged unrightfully
