My phone got damaged and I can't get back into my premium account once I got my new phone. Not sure why spotify doesn't recognize my email or my info. to allow me back into my premium account. I might have originally joined spotify from an email account I don't have excess to anymore. What's crazy is that you'll just took a payment off my card, for an account I can't get into. Can someone please help me resolve this issue.
