I noticed my bill is **.** please tell me why. I signed up for *.** student rate. I am interested in getting the family plan for **.**. Please help get me refunded for how ever many months you overcharged me **.** when it should have been *.** I did see where I was suppose to update my student rate every ** months. I seen this just today. I’m not sure if that was required when I originally signed up. Never the less **.** a month is highly uncalled for. When you can get a family plan for **.** and * people be on it. I do enjoy the service, please help make it right for me so I can continue to enjoy your service and hopefully upgrade to family plan.
