The Spotifi company has been taking $**.** from March though November,. That is a total being $***.** if you look at my account says free service. I've never asked for a free trial or premium service. Unfortunately this has not been resolved or even responded to my request. I have been very patient in waiting to get my money put back to my bank. I didn't want this to become a legal matter but I will. Please respond to this matter. I'll be waiting ** hours but that's all. The bank says to get in touch with the fraud department. Please respond. Kathleen Waldrop
