I paid for my Spotify subscription but it cut off anyway so I texted the Spotify people and they asked for information on the account that I used I gave them my information and they still said they could not help me unless I gave them my full bank card information. I didn’t do that because I feared that they would charge my card again. Anyway I gave them the last four digits but they said they still would not be able to verify the account unless they had the last six numbers from my card so I gave them those but then they told me that they needed the first six numbers from my card that put a red flag up in my head that they were going to recharge my card so I didn’t give them the information and they didn’t turn the Spotify on premium but put it on the free Spotify and now I have to listen to ads when they know full well that I paid for my subscription please help me resolve my issue
