Okay, so I contacted to help service and was in a chat with a guy to help me with the fact that somehow my plan was changed to a family plan but I am on the student plan and have been for a while. My ** month subscription was not up yet and I was not the one to change my account to a family plan and I was charged $** extra this month. When the customer service chat asked for me to get information to assure that I am the rightful owner of the account, it glitched and shut me out of my account and I can no longer log into the service at all.
GetHuman-cmmills did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
