I do not have a account with Spotify nor do I want to. and now for the second month in a row Spotify has decided to charge me for a prime membership for no apparent reason. and now my American Express card is telling me that they can't refund the money you have to do it and you can keep it up seven days. And being you don't have a phone number where I can actually talk to a human I have no choice but to write you emails and a post about my entire adventure to my **** Facebook fans oh did I mention Twitter fans to? This is ridiculous I want my freaking money back
