I am currently signed up with Spotify. However I am currently without WiFi service. I am unsure when I will be able to connect back up with WiFi service. I would like to discontinue my Spotify service and be reimbursed for the deduction out of my debit account for .the November payment that came out of my account. There is a phone number listed on my bank statement. I've called it several times but have not been able to get a person to help. Can you please help me. I was very pleased with spotify music but am unable to continue at this time.
