Every time I choose a Spotify song to play on my Sonos system, I get the message "Cannot play your request - please update your account to become a full subscriber." I am a full subscriber ($**.** per month). My son and my wife do not receive this message on their IPhones, but I have been receiving it for almost * weeks. I can play Amazon Music, but when I punch in a Spotify selection on my IPhone, I am blocked. Please make this stop! Thanks You!
