I am charged for two separate accounts through Spotify, one is a $*.** charge and the other is for $*.**. I tried canceling these a while back and for whatever reason it either did not get cancelled properly or was reinitiated without my consent. I would appreciate the opportunity to recover some of the money that we've spent over the past few months thinking that the accounts were cancelled. But if nothing else, I need to cancel both accounts as soon as possible. To my knowledge, I tried to cancel these in May of this year.
GetHuman-alweitne did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
