The issue in GetHuman-emilybut's own words
My boyfriend and I had student premium on his account and we were paying with my debit card. We never renewed for student premium so we were charged $*.**. I spoke with the agent Sheryl R. and she cancelled the subscription for me and issued me a refund. I then created a new student premium with my information and my debit card. I was charged the $*.** for student premium. This morning the $*.** was put back into my account and then the $*.** was taken out again. I would like a FINAL refund for my $*.**, I would like to make sure that the regular premium subscription is permanently cancelled, and I would like to make sure that this new happens again and that I am only charged for my monthly $*.** for student premium and nothing else.
GetHuman-emilybut did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
