Hi, I got an invite to be part of a relative's family plan. After a week of being on the family plan I was asked to confirm my address. After confirming my address I got a message saying the my address couldn't be verified. All of us use the same address but only my account was changed back to Spotify Free. The account owner sent another but when I tried to join the plan I keep getting the message that "You're unable to join this Family plan."*Please help me with this issue as I've been trying for two days now.
