I was just in contact with your online support chat and wow. The chat was going okay but the person never said the could help me with my most concerned problem being refunded they just kept beating around the bush saying on this is what is happening when it’s not. So this is what happened apparently I’ve have been being charged for months now Bc I let you guys do a **-day free trial. Once I applied it I went to the iTunes app then clicked on my Apple ID and then hit subscriptions and I cancelled it right away. I remember this so clearly. But then today as I went to Check why I had no money in my acc to Uber to work it says Spotify has charged me **$ for their subscription and I remember cancelling and I had never made another account before. When I contacted the support they tried telling me oh you made another account and cancelled that one when I have never made a different account I have had this one since **** and how was he going to tell me what I did when he didn’t even look into the issue. Then every time I tried to explain to him the problem he would come at me with the same stuff everytime saying I’m going to cancel ur subscription but he knew the issue was on refunding not canceling I know how to cancel a ******* subscription I don’t need him for that and he knows it he was just trying so hard to avoid refunding which is really frustrating for me because the issue clearly stated refund. But then when I was still chatting with him something went wrong and the send button wouldn’t work and I had checked my WiFi and everything was fine so the dumbass support app crashed and it wouldn’t let me send what I wanted to say. Maybe he ended the chat and I didn’t know it or it just crashed I don’t know what happened but that it why I am no emailing u personally.
