The issue in GetHuman-kescho's own words
N*A ... I recently discovered that we have been paying twice every month for Spotify, on * different credit cards. One card we pay $**.**. On the other we pay $**.** for the same subscription. I believe we had the first account and when we took an offered deal at the discounted rate we must have given a different credit card. That is the only way I can make sense of having two of the same account. Our account may be registered under Kevin Schoenfelder or Emily Schoenfelder or maybe one in each name? I am not sure how to provide you with an account number. I found an email receipt from ******* with order number *************** if that helps. This is the receipt for the $*.** agreement. I would like to cancel the charging on the card for $**.** and maintain the $**.**. Ideally I would like a refund for the months the double billing.**Thank you,**Emily Schoenfelder
I am being billed twice every month.
Cancel the higher payment taken from my Citi card visa and continue only the Master card monthly payment. Refund me for all the double payments.
You need to take care of this. The only option I have is to cancel Spotify altogether. Just take care of this problem as a routable business would.
