hi you have billed me for a service I never asked for someone has used my email address and phone number to get Spotify premium I've been on phone to my service provider and got you removed and blocked but I would still like a full refund coz I refuse to pay it as I never asked for this service and don't see why I should have to pay for a service I never signed up for can u please sort this as it's fraud on my behalf many thanks luke
