Hello I just phoned customer service and spoke to a gentleman named John. John instructed me that I have to go right away or at * a.m. before work in the morning and find a **-hour Walmart and purchase a Google Play card. He then told me that I have to put $*** on it to activate it call him send him the code and $*** would be refunded back to me. This is do to originally purchasing a $*.** a month package but being charged $**.** a month for the premium package even though I did not sign up for it. John told me that I would be rebated for the past * months that I have been over paying . when John told me that I should go straight away to a Walmart and purchase the Google card I asked him if he was in the same country as me because it was late and I was wondering if he was in the same time-zone as me. John then accuse me of being racist hung up on me two times, he then said that if I didn't go before work tomorrow morning and purchase the Google Play card that I would not have a refund and I would forfeit it. To be honest this is the worst customer service that I have ever heard about in my entire life all I wanted was to straighten my account out and what I got was very different.
