I recently had a fraudulent activity on my debit card so I canceled and ordered a new one. Without my knowledge or consent, Spotify some how obtained my new debit card information and proceeded to process a monthly payment. When I seen this on my Bank of America statement I thought “ how could they process a payment when they don’t have my new debit info” I then looked and seen they had my new information saved. I’m very upset and ready to take legal action. ( account username: **dt*teetxh*wjx*vyusmx*wy)
