Hi this is the *time I’m charged twice for Spotify the only reason I have it is for my son. On August I was charged twice September I’m being charged twice again o looked to see if I have multiple accounts and I don’t so why is this happening I’m also getting overdrafts with my financial institution. Please refund and help me understand what’s going on. How come you (Spotify)don’t have a customer service number. It’s confusing,frustrating and to much to read and see how we can handle problems ourselves. Please cAll me at *** ******* or email. *I’m trully upset that I had to cancel my family premium to see if I do have another ac punt n am being charged.
