Signed up for free account back in April, started receiving charges in May! *I have done every possible thing they suggested* except cancel my credit card which I am about to do.*People, if you are reading this, Spotify is a SCAM company! There is no one to resolve your issue that you can speak with, they tell you to write them to cancel but there is no address, they have you running in circles second guessing yourself by telling you that YOU must have logged in under some OTHER social media that they do not keep a record of.*IF Spotify is a reputable company, they should reimburse me (and others) for the money they have stolen from us.*They have left me no recourse but to cancel my card which is regretful, disappointing and inconvenient. *If I actually receive an email that is not a regurgitated, generalized and ambiguously generated copy, I will be surprised. Up to this point, this is all I have received from them.
