I have Spotify on my phone, but it’s someone else’s account that I was trying out for awhile to see how I liked it. The other person no longer is paying for the “premium “. I need to have the premium in order to operate Spotify through the Bose SoundTouch app. I tried to up grade to premium but it seems I might be upgrading the existing account. How do I totally delete this existing account and get my own?
GetHuman-beechdre did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
