Hello, I was offered a deal to try Spotify premium for * months for .** cents and I gladly signed up for it. It does not seem like it's been * months and I expected Spotify to ask if I wanted to permanently switch to premium after trial period, and yet today I see that I've been charged *.**. As much as I've enjoyed ad free music I simply can't afford Spotify premium at the moment and I have been charged without my consent. In the future I will arrange for Spotify premium. So I am requesting a cancellation of premium and a refund please, thanks! :)
