I have a student account and was charged on ****** for a numeral account. In other words ** dollars instead of *. But then it went back to the regular cycle and I'm not sure why. I don't like money being taken out of my account for no reason. I would like it returned. And as long as I am am active student I'd like to pay my active student price please. Fix this. It's not okay to just steal money from me I mean they at least could have skipped this month's billing then. Like I said fix this
