I believe I was scammed. I called *** *** **** and *** ** **** on August **th. I saw the number on line. I spoke to an Alex (ext ****) I wanted to re-start my Spotify membership after a lost debit card was replaced with a new number. Alex explained that I could get a year's subscription of premium Spotify by purchasing a Google Gift Card via email. I did so. He asked me for the code number so he could apply it to my $**.** year of Spotify. I have now lost $**.** and I have NO SPOTIFY. I have called him several times to no solution. I have notified my bank, Amazon, the FBI on IC*****@***.com, as well as Google. I am furious and determined to get my money back. Because Spotify supposedly does not have a phone number I have no way of contacting the company. Someone has taken my $** and I want it back. Or I want a complimentary Spotify subscription. Why is the number I called not shut down. I cannot believe that I actually believed this Alex who clearly slammed me. Thank you for your help. Please respond asap.
