I'm being billed by both Spotify and by iTunes in the same month. I've found it very difficult to get in touch with spotify so I'd like to cancel my subscription, iTunes is so much easier and I actually get to talk to someone, took me * mins. Also I can't remember my password and there was no provision for being sent a new one.
