On approximately *********, I got Spotify on my IPhone*s. I upgraded to Premium at some point. I think last year I, (or longer) I needed to cancel my Premium, I made sure across all of my devices and different accounts that it was cancelled. Sometime later I noticed a charge by Spotify on my checking account. I went back as far as I could, and yes, apparently my account wasn't updated somewhere so I've been charged $**.** for quite a number of months. I want my account to be fully audited to find out What happened, When it happened, for how Long it happened, and hopefully Why it happened. I now wish to cancel my account after all the **** I've gone thru trying to resolve this issue. I called this number I found on my Chase Debit Card History page: *-***-***-****. They answer making you believe you've reached Spotify, but they're not. They convinced me that as a valued customer, that I was to receive a $*** Amazon Gift Card. They took down information, charged my account $*.**, gave me a confirmation number and hung up. I have yet to receive the Amazon Gift Card. And now they took another $**.** from it. Chase Fraud caught it, they're researching the case now. I'm so done. I just want it to stop. Please, please help me resolve this issue. Upon completion of an audit, I would like to receive back the money taken from my account for so many months. If not all, at least a good portion of it. Thank You Kindly. Tracey L. Murphy
