Spotify is taking out auto payments on different days each month. Twice now this has overdrawn my account and I have had to handle the fees each time. I am very displeased with the sporadic withdrawals, and with the lack of readily available help on your website. I enjoy the Spotify premium, as do the other members of my house but this is quite frankly, ridiculous and needs to stop. Every other bill comes out on the same day every month, except Spotify. This needs to stop as I am sick and tired of paying fees which could have been avoided had Spotify simply done what every other autopay bill does and selected a day (typically ** days after enrollment) and billed the same day every month. I feel I am entitled to * months free service since the fees for the overdrafts your service caused costed almost the same as * months service. I would also like my bill to be taken out on the same day each month, neither of these are too much to ask.
