After looking into this more I realized that both my bank account and my husbands bank account are each getting charged for spotify. We have separate bank cards and accounts so not sure how they could be linked to spotify but he does have a spotify account however but I do not. So * of the spotify charges which have come from my bank account need to be refunded. I assume both of our bank accounts have been charged for his one spotify account. I really don't know because so far I have received absolutely no help from anyone from spotify. I have no way to cancel with spotify since I do not have an account to begin with. I suppose the next step is to make a claim through my bank saying spotify fraudulently took funds from my account.
GetHuman924812 did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
