My phone is Vivo V*, and I've been experiencing "Connection failed" for the last three weeks already. Whenever I open my Spotify app, I get the same black screen Connection failed. I will uninstall it and install again, the next day it will give me the same issue. I am paying for my subscription and I can't even use it. W have a family premium account and my sisters are also experiencing the same issue. **Please do something about it. It is getting annoying already. Thank you!
