Three things are driving me nuts . **.*I created a library that takes a loooooong time to download where I am. (like overnight) I look forward to playing from "my library" off line ( because I live off grid and it's nice to have music where there is no signal for anything, Wi-Fi, cell phone ANYTHING) Everything I want shows it is down loaded while I have a signal. Then later I set the cell phone to airplane mode because I am IN somewhere there IS no signal and open SPOTIFY, and when SPOTIFY opens the screen says I have to log on but I CAN'T because there is no signal for phone and I put it in AIPLANE MODE because if I leave it in signal search it will run down the battery in an endless and futile attempt to get a signal that is simply not there. **.*So I have to try and download music again the next time I do have a signal and again it takes so looooong! **.*Another device had some but not all songs from my library for awhile while on airplane mode but when I took the device off airplane mode to add the additional songs SPOTIFY REMOVED ALL THE SONGS! So far I have only used two devices but SPOTIFY CLAIMED I WAS USING THREE. And took the songs off the second device.i Not true.** Final comment:*It's wonderful to be able to gather songs I wish to hear. Having a library to chose from, and set up a play list is awesome. It is absolutely frustrating to loose all the songs on the middle of nowhere when you need ALL the songs to be on the device more than when you can just get any song if you have stood signal. *This kind of repeated frustration will lead me to drop my SPOTIFY account if it keeps happening to me. I can go back to other ways of listening to music I love. I DONT HAVE TO USE Spotify ever again if SPOTIFY can't be good to me. I do not need this kind of aggravation in my life anymore.

I followed the help page directions. There is a way to lock the songs in settings. You have to lock the library into "off line mode" BUT, the instructions advise that the lock is only effective for ** days. This must be keyed to billing. My advice is to keep the device in airplane mode near or right before the end of that time limit and see what happens. Of course then you can't use it as a phone.
