Hi my name is Nicole jarden *I am apart of a family premium package but unfortunately it was set up by my partner and we are no longer together anymore. He has used my debit card number to set up the accounts and he is the owner of the package so I am unable to cancel the account or change any billing charges as I would only like to be paying for my own Spotify not more than one account. *My Spotify account is set up as part of the package but I would like to keep my account and I have no idea how I can remove him from apart of my charges. My email is *****@***.com and the device login for me is ***********. I want to change the owner to my account only as it is my account for the bank that is being charged but he is the owner of the package with you guys. His name is Sebastian palalagi and the card he has used you will see is Nicole May Jarden card which is linked to my personal account. like I said have no idea how to cancel this and change it to a normal single Spotify account so I am not being charged $**.** each month when I should only be paying for my own account, as I stated we are no longer in a relationship. Do I need to contact the bank and cancel these charges or are you able to change the ownership of the account due to the name on the bank card as it belongs to me. When I go to payment details it says I am apart of a family plan and not the owner of the account. I am no longer in contact with him at all and can't ask for this to be done. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you can do this or if I need to contact the bank to cancel the Spotify payments and start a whole new Spotify account.. I am hoping to avoid this as I would still like to continue using my Spotify account as normal without having to re download or re make playlists.
