I have upgraded to Spotify premium family. When I invite my wife to join, she fills in details, proves that she is not a robot, - then the message, “ this form has expired” comes up every time. It is so frustrating. Please help.*Also, if she tries to log in via Facebook, she tries to change password, and this does not work also.
