Thank you for taking the time to help me with this issue. Last month I was charged *.** for a service I didnt order. I have been happy with free for over a year now. So I tried to contact you and my old email address I no longer remember the password to, so I let the bank handle it.**Fast forward to now, they refunded me the money and issued me a new card, well you guys dont have my new card *'s but yet *.** is pending in my bank account as of *.*.** and the funny thing is I am still stuck on free service same as it was last month so even though your charging me I am not getting the premium service.
